Michaels is seeking a Merchandise Manager for the CAL-DEERFOOT TRAIL, AB location. The role focuses on driving merchandising, pricing accuracy, and operational excellence to keep a customer-ready store environment.

Responsibilities include SOP adherence, truck and inventory processes, planogram execution, and strong workload planning with store leadership. The position requires leadership experience and availability for flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Experience with SOPs and company programs.
• Strong workload planning and inventory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOPs and company programs ensuring legal compliance and store standards.
• Oversee truck execution, unloading, sorting and merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership alignment.
• Manage Store-In-Stock Optimization to improve in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Train and coach team members and support asset protection initiatives.
• Ensure a customer-ready store and organized backroom environment.
