A leading homebuilding company in Canada is seeking an MEP Engineer/Designer to contribute to designing and coordinating MEP systems for high-impact projects. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in MEP work and a valid Professional Engineer license. Responsibilities include managing complex projects, collaborating across departments, and ensuring compliance with standards. The MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Engineer/Designer will be a key contributor to the design and coordination of diverse, high‑impact projects across Stelumar Advanced Manufacturing Inc. (SAMI) and Mattamy Homes Canada. This role involves developing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system layouts while ensuring technical accuracy, efficiency, and full compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements. Collaborating closely with multiple departments throughout the design and solution process, the MEP Engineer/Designer will deliver practical and innovative solutions that meet project objectives.
