A leading barbershop chain in Calgary is seeking a Mentor Barber who will deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring high-quality technical skills in hair cutting. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $21/hour with a signing bonus of $2000. The ideal candidate will be a Journeyman-certified Barber or Hair Stylist with great communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include health and dental coverage, flexible hours, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

Trained Journeyman-certified Barbers or Hair Stylists.
Completion of an Apprenticeship is an asset.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate high-quality technical skill in all areas of cutting.
Maximize retail opportunities through education with guests.
Provide great customer service consistently.
Collaborate as part of the shop leadership team.
Participate in barber recruitment, retention, training, and management.
