KYND International is seeking a US RN in the Psychiatric field for a direct hire with a hospital in Springfield, Missouri. The role focuses on professional nursing care for children and adolescents in a 32-bed facility, under supervision of nursing leadership.

Ideal candidates will hold an active RN license, have NCLEX-RN, and complete ACLS and BLS within six months. Relocation support and visa sponsorship are available through the employer.

Qualifications

• Must have current Registered Nurse licensure.
• Successfully passed the NCLEX-RN exam.
• Must obtain ACLS & American Heart Association BLS within 6 months of hire.

Position Summary:

The Psych RN provides professional nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with facility or department policies procedures, and/or protocols under the supervision of the nursing leader. Assists in maintaining a safe work environment and performs all related job responsibilities. Maintains clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the population of patients served. This is for children and adolescents in a 32 bed facility with other nurses. The CEO is looking to heavily invest in 2 new employees that are passionate about helping kids.

Position Requirements:
