The incumbent will be responsible for completing comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments and provide targeted treatment to Youth, Young Adults and their families via structured individual and group therapy. The principle modalities for treatment delivery are Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. Responsibilities also include providing mental health care to patients with complex medical and psychiatric needs, facilitating and co-facilitating psychotherapy groups, and fostering a therapeutic milieu. Provide clinical teaching, mentoring and/or supervision for discipline specific students; engaging with inter‑professional education experiences with students of all health disciplines. Reporting to the Clinical Manager of the Ambulatory Mental Health Services, the successful candidate will be an integral member of the inter‑professional team.
