Job summary

A local memory care provider is seeking a passionate Memory Living Manager to oversee the Memory Living Neighborhood and ensure high-quality care for residents with dementia and Alzheimer’s. This role requires collaboration with various teams, strong leadership qualities, and a commitment to building meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Candidates must have a background in nursing, experience in caring for individuals with cognitive impairments, and effective communication skills to engage staff and families. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of related healthcare experience.
  • Experience with Alzheimer's and dementia patients.
  • Previous management experience preferred.
  • Completion of behavioral education certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Memory Living team efficiently.
  • Build relationships with residents and their families.
  • Coordinate communication between residents, families, and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
  • Oversee daily activities for residents.
