Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone with enthusiasm and knowledge.
• Present the OTF concept to interested consumers.
• Answer phones and talk to members at the front desk.
• Conduct studio tours.
• Guide new members through their first workout.
• Sell memberships to support studio growth.
• Follow up on potential clients.
• Handle member concerns professionally.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Keep the studio clean and organized.

Here is more of what the position entails :

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as intros
• Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Handling members concerns professionally and objectively with the goal of resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized

Preferred Qualifications :

• Sales Experience (1+ Years)
• Customer Service Experience
