The Full Time Membership Director plays an important role in accelerating growth for a territory of KidStrong Centers. This position is ultimately responsible for meeting and exceeding goals and targets related to member growth, retention, and community engagement.

In this critical position, the Membership Director will demonstrate a deep understanding and passion for the KidStrong brand and curriculum in order to meet and exceed sales goals. The Membership Director must have a laser focus on meeting and exceeding numbers and be obsessed with lead generation and follow up.

Flawless maintenance of company generated leads is a must. Dedication to building the lead pipeline through community engagement and self-generated partnerships is required.

This is not a 9a-5p job. For the Membership Director to be successful, making calls and interacting with parents when they are available (mornings, evenings, and weekends) is required.

This is a hybrid role with in centre time at KidStrong Symons Valley.

Responsibilities

Drive membership sales through high-volume outbound phone calls on inbound leads (50+ calls/texts/day is typical effort).

The Membership Director must execute sound communication with the centers they support in order to ensure observations, trials, and new members receive a world-class experience when starting their KidStrong journey.

Self management and motivation to exceed KidStrong sales targets.

Oversee the sales process and systems.

Manage sales data and have ability to present to regional leadership an assessment of sales results and plans to drive the overall portfolio performance.

Work closely with Area Developer and General Managers on seamless process in scheduling observations, trials, and enrollments by managing and following up on inbound leads, and complying with KidStrong Sales recommended processes.

Respond and follow through in a timely manner with all KidStrong owner requests and client/ lead requests.

Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service beyond the sale to protect brand integrity.

Willingness to pitch in to support center level initiatives i.e. center maintenance, training, etc.

Sales Coordinator will work 5 days per week with one of these days on a weekend with specific hours based on the needs of the centers they support.

Dependable attendance to team meetings and community events.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in health, fitness, or hospitality sales is strongly preferred.

Availability to work the schedule required. This is not a 9a-5p job. Mobility to support the territory is required.

Experience with the following systems is preferred but not required; ZenPlanner, Sales Messenger, HubSpot, Google Sheets/Docs/Slides, and auto dialer systems.

Prior experience in outbound phone sales is strongly preferred (50+ calls/day is typical effort).

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets/quota.

Strong sales mentality and comfortability with outbound sales efforts.

Demonstrated urgency during promotional cycles to maximize return on ad spend.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Entrepreneurial spirit with open, participative leadership style and drive for excellence.

Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.

Practical work experience using Microsoft Office Products.

Prior CRM Experience (Salesforce, Etc.) Is Strongly Preferred.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position will not directly supervise any employees.

Compensation

Compensation: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.
