What this role is all about

Beem Credit Union is looking for a Member Services Advisor to join our Orchard Centre branch in the heart of Kelowna. As a Member Service Advisor at Beem, you play a vital role in driving our company\'s financial success. By addressing our members\' core needs with excellence, you not only enhance their experience but also identify opportunities to recommend and cross-sell additional products and services.

What you’ll do

• Open accounts, process investments & lending transactions.
• Conduct loan interviews and collect and compile relevant information for credit risk adjudication.
• Process member transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, bill payments, wires, drafts, term deposits, etc.
• Adhere to standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with branch administrative duties such as outgoing cheque deposit, ATM balancing, Night Deposit, etc.
• Balance treasury blotter and post transactions daily.
