Job summary

Northern Credit Union is seeking a part-time Member Representative for the Kirkland Lake market. The role focuses on addressing member inquiries, analyzing needs, and guiding members through banking products and services while ensuring accurate and timely transactions. You will work with the branch team and internal partners to deliver exceptional service, meet daily deadlines, and support goals.

Starting wage is $24.22/hour. Deadline: September 28, 2026.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and banking/customer service experience.
• Minimum one year of proven sales experience.
• Commitment to continuous learning and growth.
• Knowledge of basic Credit Union products, services and systems.
• Moderate knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and office equipment.
• Ability to process transactions, handle cash and balance accurately.
• Strong communication, both oral and written, with members and colleagues.
• Ability to organize work to meet daily deadlines.
