Job summary

Servus Credit Union in Lamont, AB is hiring a casual Member Experience Advisor to join our community-focused branch. This role supports members with everyday banking, provides friendly service, and helps identify financial solutions aligned with our members' goals.

The position is part-time and on-site, with flexible hours to cover the Lamont location and occasional coverage for nearby Mundare and Andrew. prior banking or customer service experience is an asset.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or administration experience is required.
• Sales experience is an asset.
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve, organize and multitask.
• Aptitude for numbers and accurate data entry.
• Good financial literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service through transactional banking tasks and referrals.
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and basic account updates.
• Promote Servus products and services by analyzing member needs and offering solutions.
• Build trust with members and refer complex questions to specialists.
• Follow policies to ensure safety, privacy, and security.
