Job description

Member Experience Advisor – Olds Branch

Job type: Part‑time, permanent, minimum 20 hours per week. The posting closes July 17, 2026, end of day. The role requires the ability to attend on‑site training at the Sundre branch for approximately two weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by building trust through responsive support.
• Process a variety of cash and non‑cash member service transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, account updates, balances, money orders, credit card advances, foreign and domestic exchange calculations, cheque cashing, electronic funds transfers, and account closures.
• Promote Servus products and services to members; generate sales referrals and record them for appropriate personnel.
• Build trust, resolve routine account problems, refer complex questions to the appropriate internal personnel.
• Apply policies and procedures and meet safety, legal, and privacy requirements.
• Ensure area security and conduct internal security audits.
• Educate members on digital and self‑serve channels.
• Support branch team members with outgoing calls to members, routine correspondence, reports, compliance audits, ATM and night deposit processes, and branch cash services.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, balance branch daily transmittals, reconcile ATM and night deposit contents, and administer branch cash services with the associated risk‑management and control policies.
• Maintain custody of specified safety deposit boxes and related records.
• Stay current on all credit union products and services to foster business development.
• Participate in branch campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications
