The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma, preferably a College Diploma, and demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills. This role involves processing transactions, achieving sales targets, and contributing to a positive team environment. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Completion of FW Sales Essentials Course within 6 months of hire required.
• Must complete the internal First West certification program specific to this role.
• 2 years of retail or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide front line member service to manage member needs.
• Process full range of member transactions including account openings.
• Support achievement of annual branch goals through proactive promotion.
