Victoria Park is seeking a full-time Medispa Technician to join our Grosvenor team. You will perform advanced aesthetic treatments including laser hair removal, BBL, peels, microdermabrasion, and fractional lasers while receiving comprehensive training across cutting-edge technologies.

Qualifications

• Certification in aesthetics and laser training required or preferred.
• Experience in medical aesthetics is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
• Able to maintain world‑class operating standards and a positive, proactive mindset.
• Collaborative and adaptable to change in a fast-paced medispa environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultations on all offered treatments.
• Deliver treatments to Victoria Park standards.
• Sales and application of skincare products as appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of Victoria Park products, services, and promotions and promote them to clients.
• Uphold cleanliness, hygiene and safety as directed by law and policies.
• Perform prep work and restock rooms as needed.
• Address client questions and requests professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive attitude and teamwork across the spa.
• Assist in all areas of operation as requested by management.

We are looking for a full-time Medispa Technician to join our Victoria Park Grosvenor team.

As a Medispa Technician, you will perform a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments, including laser hair removal, BBL, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and fractional laser procedures. This role is ideal for someone passionate about medical aesthetics and laser technology, offering hands‑on experience and training in a diverse range of cutting‑edge treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing client consultations on all treatments offered.
• Delivery of treatments to Victoria Park standards.
• Sales and application of appropriate skincare products.
• Maintaining knowledge and understanding of Victoria Park products, services, and promotions and actively promoting these with appropriate Victoria Park clients.
• Upholding the standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety as directed by law and the facility’s policies and procedures.
• Performing prep work, properly and restocking rooms as required.
• Handling client’s questions, concerns, and requests professionally and courteously ensuring complete client satisfaction.
• Maintaining a positive attitude and contributing towards a quality work environment with team spirit.
• Assisting in all areas of operation as requested by management.

Qualifications:

• Certification in aesthetics
• Certification in laser training
• Experience in medical aesthetics (an asset)
