We are actively seeking a compassionate and experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel contract assignment in Penticton, BC. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a medical-surgical unit.
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments accurately and safely.
  • Monitor patient progress and collaborate with healthcare teams to adjust care as needed.
  • Support patients through pre- and post-operative recovery, chronic condition management, and acute care interventions.
  • Educate patients and families on discharge planning, treatments, and overall wellness.
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement and professional development activities.

💰 Compensation: Competitive hourly rates + travel contract premium

Shifts: Flexible scheduling; day, evening, night, and weekend rotations (8- and 12-hour shifts)

Qualifications

Current RN registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
