Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master degree in Biotechnology or closely related fields.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a collaborative mindset.

Responsabilités

• Redesign and maintain internal team knowledge sites and onboarding roadmaps.
• Explore and implement emerging AI productivity tools for team efficiency.
• Conduct desktop market research on therapeutic trends and clinical trials.
• Monitor and report key operational metrics, including medical inquiries and grants.
• Publish digital scientific communications and support medical congress campaigns.
• Assist with funding logistics, documentation, contracting, and payments.
• Co-lead internal team engagement initiatives with mentorship from leaders.
