Full-Time Medical Office Administrator – Kingston, ON

Position Description:
  1. This position is full-time and requires working 37.5 hours per week.
  2. Perform administrative duties such as handling referrals, booking patient appointments, preparing patient charts, filing, answering phones, updating the EMR system, and coordinating physicians' clinics.
  3. Assist with telemedicine clinics, interact with physicians and patients, and track relevant metrics.
  4. Must be comfortable with hands-on patient interaction.
Skills & Qualifications:
  1. At least 1+ year of professional administrative experience preferred.
  2. Graduation from a Medical Office diploma or related program is ideal but not required.
  3. Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
  4. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to various processes in a changing environment.
  5. Assertive, professional, friendly, with strong customer service skills.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Good time management skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  8. Ability to multi-task, assess situations, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  9. Good listening skills and ability to follow instructions.
