Job responsibilities
  • Being a welcoming first point of contact for patients.
  • Communicating effectively with administrative and clinical teams across all MFC sites.
  • Accurately entering/confirming demographics and relevant patient info.
  • Obtaining and processing consents.
  • Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments and follow-ups.
  • Answer telephone and email messages; return messages promptly.
  • Provide patients with test instructions, and requisitions; and assist in coordinating.
  • Obtain patient test results from a variety of sources.
  • Accurate filing of patient information in electronic medical record.
  • Maintain efficient patient flow and scheduling.
  • Responsible for cleaning and restocking exam rooms.

Education and experience
  • Medical Office Administrator Diploma, 2-3 years of experience
  • Combined education and experience.

  • Pay: $28.86-$32.46 per hour
