Job summary

Lilly Canada is seeking a Medical Education Intern to support the development and delivery of innovative medical education initiatives across channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create digital content and optimize omnichannel strategies in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.

The internship offers hands-on experience in medical education, digital health, and omnichannel planning, with flexible onboarding and a hybrid work model in Toronto.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a graduate program.
• Scientific or health sciences background helps understanding complex therapeutic areas.
• Genuine interest in medical education, digital health, and omnichannel communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of medical education content across multiple channels, including digital platforms.
• Collaborate with Medical Education Managers, Medical Advisors, MSLs, and brand teams to support omnichannel education strategies.
• Analyze engagement metrics and channel performance to inform medical education initiatives and business decisions.
• Build foundational skills in omnichannel strategy, medical communications, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
