Position Summary

You will work closely with Medical Education Managers, cross-functional partners, and field teams across Canada on the development and implementation of Medical Education Programs. You will help coordinate, and evaluate educational activities that support healthcare professionals and patient care. Responsibilities
  • Support the Medical Education Managers with day-to-day operations
  • Work closely with the field teams on the management of Med Ed implementation.
  • Support in the preparation and dissemination of information and communication materials, as well as the coordination of meeting schedules
  • Support the Medical Education team in executing Therapy Area-specific assignments to enhance educational strategies
  • Assist in the overall execution of educational programs and coordination of contracts, evaluations, attendance, and other needs associated with the programs
  • Support change management initiatives for Medical Education optimization while ensuring that all changes comply with policies & internal requirements
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to support, enhance, and implement medical education strategies
  • Lead special assignments related to medical education with broad business impact
  • Champion improvements in processes and systems to create increased efficiencies and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Identify and enable operational efficiency between the Medical Education team and other cross-functional teams
  • Assist with the coordination of team meetings, including divisional leadership meetings

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in Health Sciences or Business. Working towards an advanced degree in the sciences or business would be an asset.
  • Basic understanding of the medical education environment would be an asset
  • Bilingual in English and French would be an asset

This role is offered as hybrid, with regular in-office collaboration in Canada and flexibility for focused remote work. Specific location and on-site expectations will be discussed during the hiring process.
