Overview

Are you highly organized, detail‑oriented, and passionate about creating a smooth and efficient clinic environment? Our wellness clinic is looking for an reliable and systematic individual to join our team as a receptionist.

The receptionist hired should have flexible scheduling and will be one looking to build their resume as they enter the healthcare field. More specifically, this position is for a 3 month term, with shifts available for Tuesdays and Fridays from 10 am – 6 pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee front desk operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure all client intake forms are properly completed and filed
  • Manage billing, invoicing, and liaise with insurance companies
  • Assist walk‑in clients and provide guidance on health claim submissions
  • Promote health products available at the clinic
  • Maintain and improve administrative systems to enhance daily operations
  • Keep meticulous records and ensure compliance with clinic policies
Ideal Candidate
  • Highly detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Comfortable handling multiple administrative tasks efficiently
