SUMMARY

We’reseekingan enthusiastic, digitally savvy Media Coordinator to support the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid and organic media campaigns.

In this role,you’llwork acrossorganicsocial andpaid mediachannels,from campaign setup and performance tracking to community engagement and reporting.You’llcollaborate with specialists across social, digital, andcreativeto ensure all media efforts align with clientobjectivesand deliver measurable results.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
Campaign Execution & Optimization
  • Support setup, trafficking, and optimization of paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks.
  • Monitor performance KPIs and make recommendations to improve campaign outcomes based on data and trends.
  • Build dashboards and performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio to visualize insights.
  • Maintain communication and deliver assets across traditional and endemic media companies.
Content & Community Engagement
  • Collaborate with strategists, account managers, designers, and copywriters to deliver engaging, high-quality social content aligned with brand tone and goals.
  • Manage post scheduling and tagging within social management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout, Meltwater).
  • Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages on-brand and on time.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with bothPaidand Social Media Strategists to align paid and organic efforts.
  • Assistwith research, keyword planning, and audience targeting across paid and organic channels.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure media efforts integrate seamlessly with broader marketing initiatives.
Reporting & Insights
  • Analyze performance data and campaign metrics to generate actionable insights.
  • Contribute to campaign wrap-ups and presentations that translate results into learnings for future planning.
  • Identifyand share emerging platform features, tools, and best practices that drive innovation in media.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital and/or social media coordination or management, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, and social management platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative team player withstrong communicationand presentation abilities.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with programmatic platforms, Google Tag Manager,SEMRush, or keyword tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO and agriculture or agri-business marketing.
  • Certifications in Google or Meta advertising.
