The role requires a Bachelor\'s in mechatronics/electrical/mechanical engineering and 5+ years of robotics experience; proficiency with CAD, test equipment, and embedded firmware.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of robotics/automation device experience.
• Experience with motors, sensors, encoders, actuators, and motion-control systems.
• Proficient in 3D CAD and engineering drawings.
• Strong hands-on prototyping, integration, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with lab test equipment and firmware debugging.
• Programming or scripting in Python, C, C++, or C#.
• Experience creating automated tests and data-acquisition systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robotic mechanisms and electromechanical subsystems.
• Conduct root cause analysis on field failures.
• Select and integrate components for motion-control systems.
• Create CAD models, drawings, and BOMs.
• Build, assemble, and test prototypes and production assemblies.
• Integrate mechanical hardware with electronics and firmware.
• Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and system integration issues.
• Develop scripts and automated test equipment.
• Automate hardware control and data collection.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to improve reliability.
