  • Support project design teams by providing feedback from field experience.
  • Client & Contractor Relations: Serve as the primary contact for clients, owners, and contractors during construction.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication and issue project correspondence in a timely manner.

  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Technical & Coordination: Review architectural and structural drawings to ensure coordination with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Life Safety: Understand life safety and fire-rated assembly requirements.
  • Participate in mechanical system coordination and guide on-site trades where necessary.
  • Conduct and document final conformance reviews for occupancy certification.
  • Professional Conduct: Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and reliability in all communications and project interactions.

  • Knowledge of Ontario Building Code, ASHRAE, and mechanical design standards.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawings.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Valid driver\'s license and ability to travel to job sites across Ontario.
