Ledcor Building is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale commercial construction projects in Caledon, Ontario. You will manage manpower, materials, and schedules while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction on site.
With 6+ years in supervisory roles and strong M&E expertise, you will review drawings, coordinate subcontractors, and drive progress through RFIs, shop drawings, and progress meetings.

As a Superintendent, you will lead field operations, manage manpower and materials, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Your knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems will be key in addressing project complexities and achieving project goals.
$112,500.00 - $150,000.00
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
