Overview

Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Coordinator: Coordinate and supervise the work schedule of SWC, sub-contractors and work closely with site operations staff to ensure project completion timely within scheduled, cost and quality

Prepare method statements and identify drawing discrepancies

Prepare and submit material submissions and sample submissions

Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, project team and other stakeholders on project progress

Provide technical advice to resolve M&E related technical issues

Conduct inspections to ensure work are carried out according to contract specification, codes of practices and safety regulations

To coordinate with SWC for the related to structure and civil work.

Carry out the inspection with RTO/RE as per specifications and approved drawing.

Job Requirements
  • Possess Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience and at least 1 LTA MRT underground projects in related fields for construction supervision of similar scale and complexity.
  • Capable of leading CSD/SEM coordination, design interface, coordination for construction of transit project, chair and lead coordination meeting.
  • Proficiency in BIM software and AUTOCAD will be advantageous
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
