Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is hiring a Mechanic - Level 3 to maintain and repair a diverse fleet of equipment in a fast-paced environment. You will diagnose complex issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety standards across multiple makes and models.

The role requires 5+ years on similar diesel/heavy equipment, strong hydraulic and electrical knowledge, and a flexible approach to shifting priorities. On-site work in a hands-on team setting with excellent benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training preferred.
• 5+ years of technician experience with diesel/heavy equipment preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and advanced diagnostics on diesel/heavy equipment.
• Make complex repairs to minimize downtime across varying makes/models.
• Work safely in a fast-paced environment and follow Sunbelt standards.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and use provided tools.
