Caoutchoucs et Plastiques Falpaco Inc., located in the Granby industrial park, specializes in the molding of custom parts made of rubber, plastic, silicone, thermoplastic, elastomer, and polymer. The company acts as a subcontractor in the molding of plastic parts for some of its clients in addition to offering its own products on the market. It has a complete mechanical machining shop for the manufacture of molds and dies used in injection, compression, and transfer processes, as well as a metal stamping service. Duties

• installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, and the building
• performing preventive maintenance
• installing molds on compression/injection presses
• manufacturing non‑complex machines and production equipment
• performing maintenance on injection presses and molds
• performing maintenance on peripheral equipment
• performing maintenance on equipment integrated into the building
• diagnosing and repairing hydraulic problems
• diagnosing and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic problems
• upgrading equipment/machines as requested
• maintaining an up‑to‑date inventory of parts and tools
• cleaning and maintaining accessories and work equipment
