CN is seeking an experienced technician to act as the first point of contact for vehicle drivers needing service or repairs. You will liaise with vendors, provide guidance in a call centre environment, and support CN drivers and the service network.
The role requires a valid provincal mechanic journeyperson certificate, fluency in English and French, and strong telephone/ERP skills. Unionized position with paid training and comprehensive benefits.

The incumbent acts as the first point of contact for the Company’s vehicle drivers when vehicle servicing or repairs are needed. The incumbent liaises with vendors performing work on CN’s vehicles. Working in a call centre environment, the incumbent provides assistance and guidance to CN drivers and vendors.

The role is required to attend internal training to learn how CN’s Systems work and the Company’s procedures.This position is a unionized position. As such, pay and benefits are governed by the applicable collective agreement.
