Location: 2302 125 rd St. Marys, Ontario

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Optional Hours: Saturdays available for additional hours

Job Summary

All Equip Repair and Service is hiring a qualified and dependable 310T Truck Technician for our in-shop operations in St. Marys, Ontario. This full-time role is responsible for performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on heavy trucks and trailers.

All-Equip is a family-owned truck and trailer repair company located in St. Mary’s, Ontario and Stratford, Ontario. Founded in 2011, All Equip is also a trailer manufacturer and fabrication shop, they have become a leader of Feed & Grain trailers for the Agriculture Industry. As a supplier of quality products and exceptional customer service, it’s our dedicated and hard-working people who have made our organization what it is today.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair heavy trucks and trailers to industry standards.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and brake systems.
  • Identify required parts and determine warranty applicability when necessary.
  • Accurately document work completed and parts used.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
  • Assist with other duties in the shop as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician license (mandatory).
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with heavy truck and trailer repair.
  • Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools and repair procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid Class G license (DZ is a bonus).
  • Basic computer skills for entering maintenance records.
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (12 kg) regularly, 50 lbs (23 kg) frequently, and 100 lbs (45 kg) occasionally.
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and use tools throughout the shift.
  • Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
  • Visual requirements include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.
