Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore, part of Loblaw Companies Limited, is hiring Store Team Members to support a positive in-store shopping experience. You will help stock shelves, assist customers and maintain health and safety standards. No experience is required as training is provided to help you succeed.

We offer flexible hours including days, evenings and weekends, and the physical work may include lifting up to 50 lbs. This is a unionized position with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• No previous experience is required; training is provided to set you up for success.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring store shelves are stocked and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
