Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore is seeking Store Team Members to deliver a positive in-store shopping experience, stock shelves, assist customers and keep displays neat. Training is provided, and flexible hours may include days, evenings, and weekends. This unionized role emphasizes teamwork and attentiveness in a fast-paced environment.

You will participate in promotions, assist with ordering, and keep displays neat while respecting company standards and sustainability commitments.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Flexibility to work a variety of hours including days, evenings and weekends.
• Able to move up to 50 lbs and remain mobile during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by stocking shelves and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock displays and shelves to company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and assist with inventory needs and ordering.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and uphold health and safety standards.
