Loblaw Companies Limited, through its No Frills banners, is seeking a talented store manager in Winnipeg to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on merchandising standards.

You will coach and develop team members, optimize store performance, and manage schedules to meet evenings, weekends, and holiday coverage. The position offers a dynamic environment in a busy retail setting with opportunities for growth

Qualificações

• Exceptional customer service and ability to build customer loyalty.
• Prior department-specific experience preferred.
• Ability to create a positive workplace by developing relationships and engaging colleagues.
• Previous management experience in retail or food services.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
