Job summary

No Frills in Canada is hiring Store Colleagues to deliver friendly, efficient service and keep shelves stocked with products that meet customer needs to live life well. You will help create a positive in-store experience and support promotions, with emphasis on health and safety standards.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. The role offers flexible hours, including days, evenings and weekends, and the opportunity to move between departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work across departments and hours including days, evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move around during shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
