  • Lead and oversee receiving, inspection, and inventory management activities across all sites, including oversight of goods receipt processes, inspection coordination, resolution of non‑conformances, and inventory accuracy and reporting in SAP or equivalent systems.
  • Manage inventory control and stock levels across all sites and off‑site locations, including inventory tracking, cycle counts, and audits; monitor material usage trends; and define disposition strategies for excess, obsolete, or surplus materials.

  • Support materials budget control by tracking material and logistics costs, identifying variances and risks, and defining mitigation actions.
  • Define, monitor, and report on Materials KPIs, including on‑time delivery performance, inventory accuracy, supplier responsiveness, and materials availability versus construction demand.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to materials planning, procurement coordination, logistics, inventory management, and reporting.
