Job summary

Alamos Gold Inc. at the Lynn Lake Gold Project in Manitoba is seeking a Materials Coordinator / Shipper Receiver. You will support receipt, storage, inventory control, and distribution for project materials; reporting to the Material Manager on a site-based team.

The role covers warehouse, shipping, receiving, and material control, with SAP and Oracle Unifier usage, ensuring accuracy and compliance in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is an asset.
• Forklift certification is an asset.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience.
• Industrial construction, mining, or EPCM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods.
• Maintain material traceability and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate outbound shipments and material transfers.
• Maintain receiving, shipping, inventory, and turnover documentation.

• Pay or shift range: $62,250 CAD to $112,150 CAD
  The expected salary range for this role is intended to support transparency and informed decision making. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience and internal equity.

Reports To: Material Manager

The Materials Coordinator / Shipper Receiver is responsible for supporting the receipt, storage, preservation, inventory control, and distribution of project materials for the Lynn Lake Gold Project. Reporting to the Material Manager, this site-based role provides warehouse, shipping, receiving, and material control services that support construction, commissioning, and project execution activities.

Shipping, Receiving and Material Control

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods.
• Maintain material traceability and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate outbound shipments and material transfers.

Warehouse and Inventory Management

• Maintain warehouse facilities and laydown areas.
• Support cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation.
• Perform material preservation activities.

Documentation and Systems Management

• Maintain receiving, shipping, inventory, and turnover documentation.
• Utilize SAP, Oracle Unifier, and related systems.
• Generate inventory and material status reports.

Safety, Compliance and Continuous Improvement

• Comply with all site safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in audits and process improvement initiatives.

Education and Certification

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is an asset.
• Forklift certification is an asset.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience.
• Industrial construction, mining, or EPCM experience preferred.

Skills

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, Oracle Unifier, and inventory systems is an asset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
