Job summary

Arrow Manufacturing Group in Stratford, Ontario, is seeking a hands-on Warehouse/Shop Associate to support parts movement, staging, and inventory flow within our production facilities. This role requires forklift experience and the ability to handle up to 50 lbs.

Candidates should have a Grade 12 diploma and 3–5 years in a similar industry. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, three weeks vacation to start, and opportunities for growth within our diverse manufacturing operation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of previous work-related experience in the same or related industry.
• Forklift experience in sit-down propane counterbalance and stand-up reach.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is an asset.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs manually.

Responsibilities

• Ensure parts are moved to the proper locations within the facilities.
• Assist in staging and kitting of jobs as required.
• Coordinate movement of inventory throughout the plants.
• Help maintain a neat and organized shop and yard.
• Receiving of inventory as required.
• Assist Shipping and Receiving in loading and unloading of trucks when required.
• Receiving and entering product into Visual.
• Any additional duties as required by Supervisor.
• Follow all Occupational Health & Safety Regulations and Company Health & Safety Policies and Procedures

Group Division:

At Arrow Engineered Products, we design and manufacture turnkey solutions for a wide range of customers with needs in nuclear, chemical mixing, heat exchanger, and autoclave systems, including fuel storage and various custom-designed pressure and non-pressure systems, all in compliance with ASME, PED, ULC, and API certified design criteria.

Compensation Range: $23.14 up to 30.38 hourly

Primary Responsibilities:
