  • Ensure all raw materials are pulled from racks following FIFO. Any deviations to be reported to Inventory Manager or Shipping Supervisor.
  • Ensure all finished goods are removed from the production area to the shipping area efficiently and safely, ensuring that pallets are correctly and securely wrapped in accordance with Foley’s and specific customer policies.
  • Ensure any materials (raw materials, packaging material, WIP, etc.) not being used by production are returned to the racks and are correctly labelled.
  • Inspect all trailers, including the Foley’s truck, prior to loading and unloading, and complete necessary compliance documentation.
  • Load and unload trucks using material handling equipment, ensuring that all product received and/or shipped matches with documentation provided and that the QC team is notified where applicable.
  • Fully and accurately complete all relevant warehouse and operational checklists.
  • Participate in cycle counts and full inventory counts.
  • Authorized personnel will operate the Foley’s delivery truck to move finished product and other material between the two Foley’s locations as well as to the Brockmann’s location.
  • Ensure that work areas are organized and clean.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures in maintaining a safe work environment for self and others.
  • Promote a continuous learning environment and sharing of best practices, methods, and ideas.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned, from time to time, without advanced notice.
  • Assist in special projects, assignments, and analyses as directed.
  • Champion a culture of high performance through employee engagement and continuous improvement orientation in all actions and approaches.
