A dental services company in Vancouver is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Officer to manage office procedures and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of related experience and must be proficient in task coordination and communication. This role offers a salary range of $33.00-37.00/hour, depending on experience.

Job Duties:
· Assign and coordinate tasks to office support staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of administrative duties
· Perform and oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including record keeping, internal communications, and coordination of dental supply services
· Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures such as order processing, inventory tracking, client communications, and document management to support smooth business operations
· Establish administrative work priorities, monitor task progress, and ensure that standard operating procedures are followed and deadlines are consistently met
· Assist in preparing the company’s operating budget and maintain inventory records and budgetary controls to support cost-effective operations
· Compile data and generate periodic performance reports, procedure manuals, and professional correspondence to support administrative planning and client communication
· Train new and existing administrative staff on office procedures, documentation standards, and internal systems
Job Requirements:
· Experience: 2-3 years of related office administration experience is required
· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
