Redpath Mining Inc. is seeking a data-driven professional to oversee inventory item master data and support supply chain solutions across regions.

The role involves loading data into Oracle Fusion, setting up items in JD Edwards, and coordinating with multiple departments to resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in data management, strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM and JD Edwards, and fluent English.

Qualificações

• Required: College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, computer science, or management information systems and 3 years related work experience.
• Required: 3+ years' relevant experience.
• In-depth experience supporting supply chain module/solution.
• Prior experience with Oracle Fusion SCM and JD Edwards is beneficial.
• Flexible and adaptable in learning new technologies and solutions.
• Fluent English language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, review and monitor master data items to ensure data accuracy.
• Receive inventory item master creation and change requests from regions.
• Validate data for completeness, adherence to standards and for ensuring no duplicates.
• Assist with designation of categories and other item attributes.
• Liaise with various regions and departments to troubleshoot inventory item requests.
• Load inventory item data into Oracle Fusion.
• Set-up inventory items in JD Edwards.
• Assist with initial assignment to inventory organizations and addition to pricing groups and cycle counts.
• Ensure item numbers are aligned in multiple systems.
• Participate in system roll-outs.
• Work with project teams on implementation or upgrades of supply chain solutions/modules.
• Perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for supply chain related solutions/modules.
• Global travel as required for meetings with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education

Required: College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, computer science, or management information systems and 3 years related work experience.

Work Experience

Required: 3+ years' relevant experience

Knowledge Required

• In-depth experience supporting supply chain module/ solution
• Prior application experience with Oracle Fusion SCM and JD Edwards is beneficial
• Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs and flow charts
• Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Flexible and adaptable in learning new technologies and solutions
• Fluent English language skills.
