  • Compensation: 60%-70% Fee for Service

As a Lifemark Registered Massage Therapist, you’ll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve their mobility, and achieve their health goals. You'll be more than a care provider; you'll be an educator, motivator, and problem‑solver, lifting people up, meeting people where they are in their health journeys, sharing knowledge, and delivering top‑quality, patient‑centered care.

Responsibilities
  • Develop personalized, evidence‑informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient‑centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
  • Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
  • Utilize modern tools, including e‑charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
  • Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self‑management strategies.
Qualifications
  • Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient‑first mindset.
  • Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
  • 1–2+ years of clinic experience (preferred; new grads encouraged to apply).
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
