The Martech Lead / Solutions Consultant is a unique hybrid business and technical leader who operates as a subject matter expert, relationship manager, and digital technology lead. This role demonstrates enterprise-level responsibility for the implementation and integration strategy across marketing technology platforms.
This position is responsible for the successful onboarding and overall strategic direction for assigned business partners and serves as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate consistently demonstrates thought leadership, strong technical expertise, and the ability to manage cross-division, cross-functional teams from project inception through completion.
The role reports to a senior leader within Marketing Technology and is accountable for managing relationships with senior partners across Marketing and IT, while delivering strong business performance, high employee engagement, and a superior client experience that drives sustainable value creation.
This is a 1-year contract opportunity that can be extended and requires in-office presence at least 4 days per week in Toronto downtown office location.
