The Digital Producer oversees the end-to-end execution of automated customer journeys across email, push, and SMS, ensuring accurate builds, testing, and on-time deployment in support of Lifecycle strategy.

Collaboratively working with developers, designers, operation, and legal, the Producer is responsible for running the end-to-end creation, development and delivery process of complicated interactive projects, websites, digital assets, and interactive apps in a fast-paced environment.

As the project manager for all-things email, development, QA, audience targeting and analytics related, you are extremely organized and meticulous. Working collaboratively with our business partners, you will act as a trusted partner and be relied upon to confidently follow creative briefs, roadmaps, and testing elements for B2C digital projects.

You have a strong track record of digital innovation and delivery across multiple channels and platforms. You should become comfortable with big ideas, ambiguity and change, able to focus on the smallest detail as well as define strategic plans.

What you'll do
  • Lead the development and production of interactive marketing emails and push communications through accurate project planning, change tracking, and regular production status reporting.
  • Leads execution of work on assigned projects, holding team members accountable to the delivery of assigned work, maintaining project SOPs, and adhering to quality control practices.
  • Ensure timely execution of journey builds, automation schedules, and testing cycles. Proactively identify risks in journey automation, dependencies, and QA gaps, escalating appropriately.
  • Partner with Lifecycle and CRM strategists to scope, prioritize, and implement automated, event-driven journeys.
  • Act as liaison between creative, technical, relationship managers, and other internal groups.
  • Keep production projects on track and on time, coordinating internal and external resources. Identifies risks and dependencies to the proper teams for perfect execution.
  • Maintain documentation and SOPs for Lifecycle journey automation, ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Ensure all assets meet content and legal approvals.

  • Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional partners (creatives, developers, marketers) to meet goals on time and within budget.
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows and timelines simultaneously while keeping stakeholders aligned.
  • Proficient with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Notion, Jira, Confluence, and G Suite.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable; able to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, resourceful mindset.
  • Demonstrated passion for digital experiences, marketing technology, and customer engagement.

Affirm offers a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $80,000-100,000 CAD per year, as well as benefits such as 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.
