Overview

Working hours: Mon - Thur, 8.30am to 6.00pm; Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

1 year contract + completion bonus

Responsibilities

• Assist in campaign planning and execution, including tracking/managing campaign timelines.
• Assist in the coordination and collation of comments on all campaign deliverables, clarification of required technical/non-technical with both internal and external stakeholders e.g. agencies and colleagues from other departments, to ensure on-time fulfilment of campaign deliverables.
• Assist in simple artwork adaptions using Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
• Provide procurement support such as seeking and comparing quotations - prompt issuance of purchase orders, processing of Finance related materials such as invoices, credit notes, etc.
• Liaise with vendors for collaterals production & installation.

Requirements

• Diploma with 2 years related experience.
