A technology company based in Toronto seeks a Marketing Operations Specialist to manage marketing systems, build campaigns, and support AI initiatives. The ideal candidate is skilled in data manipulation, familiar with Marketo, and has a keen eye for detail. The position offers a salary range of $75,000 to $98,000 CAD with additional benefits.
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will take on many administrator duties for Auvik's core marketing systems. Working closely with key marketing stakeholders, you will draw on your experience during campaign planning to provide tactical guidance and to support rollout and implementation. You will leverage your analytical and data augmentation skills to report on the performance of active campaigns and help spot anomalies to drive ongoing optimization. Finally, you will be a key player in supporting AI initiatives across the Go To Market organization by gathering stakeholder requirements and supporting implementation efforts.

The hiring range for this position is listed below. Compensation offered for candidates in this role is based on a number of factors including job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. These factors may cause your compensation to vary within the range outlined below.
