Riva is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager (MarOps) to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you’ll be the strategic and technical backbone of our marketing function—ensuring our systems, data, and processes are optimized to drive measurable growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and RevOps to enable data-driven decision-making, campaign performance tracking, and scalable marketing operations.

What you will be doing

Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for championing the marketing technology stack, optimizing campaign operations, and enabling performance measurement across the marketing funnel. You’ll play a key role in aligning marketing efforts with revenue goals through data, automation, and process design.

Marketing Systems & Automation
  • Administer and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot).
  • Ensure data quality between marketing systems and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Design and implement automated workflows to support lead nurturing, scoring, and campaign execution.
Campaign Performance & Analytics
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance, ROI, and attribution.
  • Analyze funnel metrics (e.g., MQL to SQL conversion, lead velocity, campaign engagement).
  • Partner with marketing leadership to define KPIs and success metrics.
Process Optimization
  • Develop and document scalable marketing processes, including lead management, campaign setup, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Enablement Manager to ensure alignment and adoption of marketing processes across teams.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks through data-driven insights.
Data Management
  • Maintain data hygiene and enrichment standards across marketing platforms.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate data flow between marketing, sales, and customer success systems.
  • Support segmentation, targeting, and personalization efforts through clean and structured data.
What you bring to the table
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related role.
  • Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Pardot).
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and marketing attribution models.
  • Proven ability to design and optimize marketing processes and workflows.
  • Experience with SaaS marketing metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, funnel conversion rates).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Bonus points for
  • Experience with SQL or other data querying tools.
  • Experience supporting ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
