We are looking for a Marketing Operations & Budget Partner who plays a critical role in supporting the day‑to‑day operational rhythm of Lightspeed’s global Marketing organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in behind‑the‑scenes execution, loves working with data and tools, and enjoys cross‑team collaboration.
This position will be responsible for owning the monthly marketing budget tracking and forecasting process across multiple teams and categories, partnering closely with regional budget owners and Finance to ensure spend is accurate, accounted for, and aligned with yearly targets. Alongside budget ownership, the coordinator will support a variety of internal programs and processes – from OKR tracking and event logistics to documentation upkeep and onboarding workflows – helping ensure the Marketing team operates smoothly and efficiently across global teams.
This role is split between two key functions:
You will own the monthly forecasting and reconciliation process for the marketing organization’s annual budget. This includes:

As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.
