Job summary

Perseus, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc., is seeking an ASPEN Marketing Manager to own and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy. This role focuses on driving pipeline growth, supporting customer expansion, and delivering measurable impact in a fast-growing brand.

You will run demand generation, ABM, events, content, and digital campaigns with hands-on ownership, collaborating with Sales and Product, and traveling up to 20% across North America.

Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in enterprise SaaS or complex software.
  • Hands-on campaign execution with ABM and demand generation.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to track pipeline and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Demand generation & lead acquisition plan using ABM and mass marketing tactics.
  • Coordinate presence at industry conferences (2–3 per year) and lead follow-up.
  • Manage ASPEN website and SEO strategy with external vendors.
  • Own social media strategy with regular weekly posts.
  • Create content including monthly thought leadership materials.
  • Develop and maintain sales/marketing collateral and messaging.
  • Customer marketing & expansion through monthly webinars.
  • Lead customer conference planning and cross-functional alignment.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success on expansions and upsell programs.
  • Go-to-market support for new enhancements and products.
  • Refine core messaging and ensure channel consistency.
  • Analyze market data to inform campaigns and messaging.
  • Track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

Marketing Manager Full time, Remote - Canadian Residence Only Travel: Up to 20% across North America



Position Summary


As the ASPEN Marketing Manager, you will own and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy for ASPEN – focused on driving pipeline growth, supporting customer expansion, and delivering measurable marketing impact. This is a highly hands‑on role that offers strong visibility within the organization and an opportunity to build a marketing function within a quickly growing brand.



Job Responsibilities



  • Demand Generation & New Logo Acquisition Plan, own and execute lead acquisition strategies with account-based marketing (ABM) and mass marketing tactics, including target account identification, message sequencing, personalization, execution, measurement, and continuous optimization.

  • Own and coordinate presence at industry conferences (approximately 2–3 per year), including event planning, logistics, pre- and post-event campaigns, and lead follow‑up alignment with Sales.

  • Manage and optimize the ASPEN website and SEO strategy in collaboration with external vendors.

  • Own and execute social media strategy, including approximately one post per week.

  • Own and execute content creation, including monthly thought leadership content.

  • Develop and maintain sales and marketing collateral such as case studies, solution overviews, and industry‑specific messaging.

  • Customer Marketing & Expansion (Back-to-Base) Plan and execute a monthly customer webinar series to drive product adoption, engagement, and retention.

  • Lead and coordinate our customer conference, including agenda development, speaker coordination, and cross‑functional alignment.

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success on expansion campaigns, adoption initiatives, and upsell programs.

  • Support go‑to‑market execution for new enhancements, modules, and products.

  • Go‑to‑Market Strategy & Messaging: Develop and refine core messaging, positioning, and value propositions.

  • Ensure consistency of messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints.

  • Conduct lightweight, competitive and market analysis to inform campaign design and messaging.

  • Analytics, Performance & Ownership: Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, ROI, and conversion metrics.

  • Continuously optimize programs based on performance data and qualitative feedback.

  • Take end‑to‑end ownership of marketing initiatives, from planning through execution, measurement, and refinement.



Qualifications & Experience



  • 4–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in enterprise, vertical SaaS, or complex software environments.

  • Proven ability to execute campaigns hands‑on, not just manage agencies or vendors.

  • Experience with ABM, email marketing, and digital demand generation.

  • Strong collaboration with Sales and Product teams.

  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking pipeline, attribution, and campaign performance.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High ownership mindset and comfort operating independently in a lean environment.



Preferred / Nice to Have



  • Experience within a dealership or dealership industry.

  • Experience building human‑in‑the‑loop AI processes to expedite workflows.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms.

  • Experience running events, conferences, or field marketing programs.

Salary Range (Ontario & BC Only)


The estimated base salary range for this role is CAD$81,000.00 - CAD$99,000.00 per year. We include salary ranges in job postings only where required by applicable pay transparency laws, based on the jurisdictions in which the role may be performed. The posted range is a good faith estimate and reflects factors that are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary based on job‑related factors, including work location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant considerations.
