Responsabilités

• Prendre en charge divers projets d’analyse liés au numérique, au marketing et au commerce électronique afin d’accompagner les équipes internationales à l’aide de données, de tableaux de bord et d’informations sur les éléments standards du cycle de vie des clients par abonnement, notamment l’acquisition, la fidélisation et l’expansion
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les partenaires commerciaux et les membres de l’équipe pour explorer divers sujets, tels que les opportunités de marché, les parcours sectoriels/produits, la contribution du numérique, l’entonnoir d’achat et les analyses du comportement client, afin d’en extraire des informations précieuses
• Collecter, analyser et visualiser les données à l’aide d’outils permettant d’exploiter et de synthétiser efficacement les informations pour présenter un récit concis et exploitable, et communiquer des conclusions qui éclairent les décisions commerciales
• Collaborer de manière proactive et efficace avec d’autres équipes d’Autodesk afin d’harmoniser les indicateurs et les définitions.
• Identifier les éventuelles lacunes dans les mesures et/ou les indicateurs, définir les rapports et analyses supplémentaires requis et rationaliser les rapports existants
• Encourager l’autogestion et permettre aux parties prenantes de mieux comprendre les données

Qualifications Minimales

• Solides aptitudes logiques, avec la capacité de présenter des données complexes sous forme de récits et de visualisations simples, concis et captivants qui mettent les informations clés en avant.
• Un sixième sens pour les « données pertinentes », avec la capacité de trouver des solutions créatives mais pragmatiques à des problèmes liés aux données.
• Esprit d’initiative, capable de prendre des initiatives et ayant fait ses preuves dans la collaboration et l’influence auprès des parties prenantes et des partenaires commerciaux de manière transversale.
• Attitude positive et volontariste – Capacité à faire preuve de flexibilité et d’ouverture face aux changements d’exigences, d’orientations ou de circonstances, avec un besoin minimal de réorientation

Qualifications Souhaitées

• Solides connaissances de l’environnement numérique et marketing (e-commerce), avec une expérience des indicateurs et analyses liés au marketing, au e-commerce ou aux modèles d’abonnement
• Capacité à réfléchir de manière stratégique aux problèmes commerciaux concrets dans le domaine du marketing et à les mettre en corrélation avec les données sous-jacentes afin de mener des analyses approfondies et d’identifier des solutions innovantes
• Solides compétences en matière de présentation et d’expression orale, avec une expérience des présentations devant la direction
• Solide expérience des outils de visualisation tels que Power BI (y compris DAX), Tableau, etc.
• Solides bases en manipulation de données à l’aide de SQL ainsi que d’Excel avancé (visualisation, tableaux croisés dynamiques, etc.) ; une expérience des macros et/ou de VBA constitue un atout certain
• Expérience en analyse web avec des outils tels qu’Adobe Analytics ou Google Analytics
• Une expérience en modélisation analytique et dans les langages de programmation associés (R, Python) est un atout

• Take ownership of a variety of Digital, Marketing and eCommerce related analytics projects to support global teams with data, dashboards and insights around standard Subscription customer life cycle elements including acquisition, retention and expansion
• Work closely with business partners and team members to explore a variety of topics, such as market opportunity, industry/product journeys, digital contribution, purchase funnel and customer behavior analyses to extract valuable insights
• Source, analyze and visualize data using tools to effectively mine and condense insights to tell a concise and actionable story and communicate findings that inform business decisions
• Collaborate proactively and effectively with other Autodesk teams to align on metrics and definitions. Identify any gaps in measurements and/or metrics, define the additional reports and analyses required and streamline existing reporting
• Encourage self-service and enable stakeholders to better understand data

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong logical aptitude with the ability to present complex data as simple, concise, and engaging stories and visualizations that bring insights to the forefront. Sixth sense for “meaningful data” with the ability to find creative, yet pragmatic solutions to data-oriented problems. Preferred Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of digital and marketing (eCommerce) environment with experience in related Marketing, eComm or Subscription model-based metrics and analytics
• Ability to think strategically about real-world business problems in Marketing and co-relate them with underlying data to conduct deeper analyses and identify innovative solutions
• Strong presentation and language skills with experience presenting to upper management
• Strong experience in visualization tools such as Power BI (including DAX), Tableau etc.
• Solid foundation in manipulating data using SQL as well as advanced Excel (visualization, pivot tables etc.), experience with macros and/or VBA is a definite plus
• Experience in web analytics with tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
• Experience with analytical modelling and related programming languages (R, Python)a plus
