Springwood Cottage Resort ("Springwood") is seeking a Marketing, Events and Guest Engagement Manager. This newly developed role will report directly to the owners and will oversee the day-to-day operations of marketing and guest experiences as Springwood continues its journey of developing, operationalizing and growing business.
This is a key senior role to help build and grow the business working directly with the owners. The successful candidate will be responsible for Guest Experiences, Events & Marketing functions at Springwood. The successful candidate will ensure that every facet of our guests’ experience from initial inquiry to departure and beyond is exceptional, leading them to rave about their experience and rebooking many times over. This is a role where focus shifts throughout the year, and where no two days are the same. As it’s a new role, it also can morph over time based upon skills and interest. Housing may be provided as part of the total compensation package. This is not a standard Monday to Friday 9-5 position, as weekend, evening and/or holiday coverage will be required during our peak busy periods and events.
